on saturday, adrian and i, along with our trusted crew, woke up at 330am and hustled over to the campus of fudan university to shoot a video of the Nike Shanghai Human Race. the weather was perfect, and 10,000 runners can’t be wrong. congratulations, shanghai, and see y’all at the global race in Guangzhou on October 24th 2009.

Not perfect! Too hot! especially as we came through Fudan .. . and there was no water from 6km onwards (at least for us slower runners)
I missed my time by about 5 minutes. And some guy wearing bright purple Crocs ran right by me at 8km and I couldn’t catch him.
I did have a good time though.
congrats on finishing the run, though! i didn’t know the water ran out – we weren’t running, just milling about waiting for you guys to finish. wheee!
are you going to do the global human race?
nah -not flying down to guangzhou for another 10k. am going to train for the shanghai half marathon.
